Lastiver is located in a dense forest. Tall trees, the river and the steep cliffs make it a fabulous place in nature.
In XIII-XIV centuries during the Mongol invasion, the inhabitants took refuge in a local cave. The cave is located in the valley on almost vertical slope. To reach the cave, people had to build a ladder made of logs, stacked on each other. It looks like a raft, which is why the name of the cave remains in people’s memory as “Lastiver” (Up in the flesh).
Below is a beautiful waterfall, which is an integral part of the local nature.
Now on the territory Lastiver develop modern tourist facilities, offering its services to lovers of extreme tourism.
